just the other day i shared how my baby sister is off to college this fall. turns out she is off to college in just a week. amazing how quickly things change, and after a few days of crying and sadness, i’m doing my best to put on a happy face. i am thrilled for what lay ahead for her, and am so proud of the amazing person she is. we had a road trip planned that won’t be, so instead a spontaneous trip to the beach took it’s place. in true ang & sade style we stopped off for our fave bagels and got lost to the tune of jessica simpson. we cried and we laughed. we laughed a lot. we talked of the future, of both of our worries and fears. about exciting things that were coming, and about how incredibly much we will miss one another. i’ve waited quite a long time for her to grow up, and i have to say i couldn’t be happier for this last year together.
